• Client must refer at least 15 new clients to file their return with ATAX within a single Tax Season.
  • “New client” is defined as a client who has never filed their tax return with ATAX.
  • A Tax Season is considered to be anytime between Jan 1 and April 30th of the same calendar year.
  • A new client can not be an “IT-214” client, which receive their service free of charge from AlvarezTax.
  • The new client must complete, pay filing fees and file before the end of the Tax Season.
• The referring client is responsible for keeping their list of new clients.
• All 15 new clients must have filed their return in a single office. This is to say that the 15 new clients can not be made up of some clients from one office and the rest from another.
• ATAX reserves the right to review and approve or disapprove any new client from a list.
• Pictures of winners or their likeness may be used by ATAX for promotional purposes.
• Only one winner per household per tax season is allowed.
• Employee and their families are not eligible.
